Beyond fascinatingly-unique recipes and gorgeous photography, the Aviary Cocktail books have an equally fascinating production process. All of our books are completely self-published, and are produced entirely in-house by our passionate team of artists and chefs.
Over our years producing these books, we have also chosen to transparently share our entire process, from design philosphy to photographic setups, how we think about structuring recipes and how we approach the printing and proofing process. Our in-depth journal reveals the fascination (and, often, the frustration) of what’s involved in producing one’s own books.
